Billy's understands that buying anything—but especially bras—online can feel very disconnected. Our quality vetting ensures the item you order is loved by you, your body and your bank account. 

No "ick" — No suprises — No garbage

Billy's inspection process is rigorous and thorough, and the intimates sold through billysbras.com CANNOT contain any of the following defects: 

• Stains anywhere on the item
• Tears, rips or failing stitching larger than 1/8" 
• Missing or damaged hardware such as hooks, eyes, underwires
• Elastic that has lost its rebound
• Missing brand/size tags whether fabric or screen print
• Heavily creased or damaged cups, especially molded/PU cups

Our cleaning process ensures that you can feel good about wearing the bra or intimate directly out of the package you receive it in. Obviously we cannot know the specific history of care for each item we sell, so they are vigorously cleaned and sanitized (except items that are "New with Tags" for obvious reasons). For the bulk of our items, that involves pre-treating, delicate machine washing, and a sanitizing soak. Bras with removable pads/cookies have the pads removed so they can be washed and dried separately for full cleaning.
