Sharing Billy's name, logo or electronic presence or entities within these limitations and parameters are allowed on personal social media accounts.

All items without tags have been thoroughly washed to provide clean and sanitary products; however, it is possible that trace amounts of contaminants may remain after washing. As with any item of clothing, whether new or used, store-bought or otherwise, bio-contaminants can exist on the item. There is always a small risk when wearing any used clothing item that contaminants such as bacteria, fungus or parasites will cause irritation or infection to the wearer. It is the responsibility of the wearer to assess and accept that risk and decide if further cleaning or avoidance is necessary for personal safety and hygiene.

Billy's claims no affiliation, agreement or licensing with any manufacturer, brand, individual products or product lines whose products appear on our website. Any visibility of manufacturer and/or brand trademarks are incidental to showing the item and its details.

Exclusive of Billy's return policy, all of the items sold through billysbras.com are considered pre-owned and pre-worn by their respective manufacturers and thus not covered by the manufacturers' warranties or guarantees.

Billy's inspects every item sold for quality and authenticity. Billy's would never knowingly represent any item as being authentic if suspect. Notwithstanding, Billy's cannot guarantee with unerring accuracy that an item has not been mistaken for authentic when it is, in fact, not. We are unable to provide the provenance of most items.

With any pre-owned item, regardless if it is considered or listed as "new with tags," the item is considered pre-owned. Items may show signs of wear or other defects that distinguish it from being truly "new." In the listings, Billy's endeavors to accurately and fully represent the condition of our items, including any flaws that may exist. Sold in an "as is" condition, these items may have minor issues. We do not cover cleaning costs or repairs, so if you are unsatisfied with the condition of an item, you are covered by our return policy.
