What if my item doesn't fit or I don't like it after it arrives?

Billy's has a 31 day return policy to make sure you love your items and aren't stuck with any you don't. You can read more about returns HERE.

Is it safe to buy pre-owned bras and lingerie?

Yes! All our pre-worn items are fully washed and sanitized prior to listing and storage. You can read more about our quality HERE.

Our returns are free for 31 days for orders within the USA.

Returns are NOT accepted for orders outside the USA.

Standard 3-4 day shipping within the USA is $5 for all orders. Expedited shipping is calculated and checkout and cost varies.

All orders are shipped by next business day.

We ship all orders in plain brown boxes with "Billy's Bras" on the shipping label. If you'd like that removed for discretion, just send us a message.

We ship to selected countries outside the USA. Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the order's purchase price.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA.
