Billy’s Bras is a small, independent shop that carefully curates new-with-tags and gently pre-owned bras, lingerie, and related intimates. We believe your bra should work for you—not the other way around. When you consign with us, your items get the same rigorous quality vetting, thorough cleaning, and care that every piece we sell receives.
What We’re Looking For
We accept bras, bralettes, panties, lingerie sets, shapewear, and select sleepwear that meet our standards:
- Condition: New with tags or gently used / excellent condition only. No stains, tears, rips, failing stitching, stretched-out elastic, broken or missing hardware (hooks, eyes, underwires, etc.), heavily creased or warped molded cups, missing brand/size tags, or strong odors.
- Cleanliness: Items should arrive freshly washed (or new). We still thoroughly clean and sanitize accepted pre-owned pieces, but starting clean helps everything move faster.
- Desirability: Quality brands and styles that sell well (Victoria’s Secret, Wacoal, Freya, Fantasie, Soma, Panache, Goddess, Curvy Kate and similar mid-to-higher-end or specialty brands tend to do best). Vintage pieces are always a hit, but highly dependent on the specifics. Popular sizes and discontinued favorites are especially welcome. We prioritize pieces that fit our existing inventory and customer demand.
- Authenticity: All items must be genuine. No counterfeits.
We reserve the right to decline any items that don’t meet these standards or that we already have in excess.
How Consignment Works
Contact us first!
Email billysbras@gmail.com or use the contact form on the site with:
- Photos of the items (front, back, tags, any details)
- Brand, style name/number if known, size, and condition notes
- Approximate original retail price if you know it
We’ll review and let you know what we’re interested in accepting. You'll also get a copy of our consignment agreement to print, fill out and ship to us with your items.

You’re responsible for shipping costs and packaging. We recommend tracking and insurance for higher-value items and bundling up a larger shipment to make shipping cost worth it for you.
Inspection & acceptance
Every item goes through our full quality-vetting process. Accepted pieces are cleaned/sanitized (except true new-with-tags), photographed, described, priced, and listed on billysbras.com.
Declined items can be returned to you at your expense or donated (your choice—let us know).
Pricing
We set competitive market-based prices based on brand, condition, style popularity, original retail, and current demand. New-with-tags and excellent-condition pieces command higher prices. You may suggest a target price, but final pricing is at Billy’s discretion so we can maximize the chance of a sale.
Commission split
When an item sells, you receive 70% of the final sale price (before tax and any payment processing fees). Billy’s retains 30% to cover cleaning, photography, listing, storage, shipping to the buyer, customer service, and platform costs.
(This is a starting point—premium high-value or high-demand items may qualify for adjusted terms; just ask.)
Consignment period
Items are listed for 90 days. We may apply modest markdowns after 30–45 days if needed to encourage sales. Unsold items at the end of the period can be returned to you (at your shipping cost), donated, or (by mutual agreement) held longer.
Payment
Payouts are issued via PayPal or check (your preference) after the item sells and the buyer’s return window has passed (typically 31 days for U.S. orders). We batch payments monthly or when your balance reaches a reasonable minimum. You’ll receive a simple statement of what sold.

A Few Important Notes
You retain ownership until the item sells. Billy’s is not purchasing the items upfront.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping to us (please pack carefully and insure valuable pieces).
Consignment is subject to our full terms, which will be confirmed when items are accepted.
Volume limits may apply—please don’t send large quantities without prior approval.
This is currently a mail-in / arrangement-based program (no public drop-off hours).
