What we sell
We sell bras, underwear, lingerie, vintage intimates, accessories, and related services. Goods may be new (with or without tags) or pre-owned. Pre-owned items are inspected and, except certain new-with-tags pieces, cleaned before listing. Vintage items may show age and sizing that does not match modern charts. Listings describe condition in good faith. Screen color can differ from the item.
Use of the site
The site is for adults. Products are apparel, not medical devices. Fitting help, measuring guidance, blog posts, and any photo-based shape discussion are general customer service only—not a professional fitting, diagnosis, or guarantee of fit or health. Some educational pages include uncensored or lightly censored images. View them in a private setting if that matters to you.
Hygiene and returns
Cleaning reduces, but does not remove, all risk from previously owned fabric. Contact us before purchase if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Returns follow our Refund Policy. In short: U.S. orders generally have 31 days from receipt; orders shipped outside the United States are not returnable; items with a crotch or other fabric that contacts the genitalia during wear are generally not returnable. If this page and the Refund Policy conflict, the Refund Policy controls.
Orders and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout says otherwise. An order is an offer to buy. We may cancel for inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, or shipping limits and will refund any charge for a cancelled order.
We ship in the U.S. and to selected countries shown at checkout. Transit times after carrier handoff are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the carrier at drop-off unless a non-waivable law says otherwise. Packaging is a plain box; the label may read “Billy’s Bras” unless you request discreet shipping first.
Intellectual property and messages
Our original text, photos, and logo belong to us or are used under license. Brand names identify goods for sale and remain those owners’ property. Do not copy substantial site content for commercial use without written consent.
If you send photos, measurements, or reviews, you give us a limited right to use them to serve your request and run the shop. Send only what you have the right to share.
Privacy is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and goods are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except those the law does not allow us to disclaim or that we state in a listing.
Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where the law allows that limit. This does not remove rights you cannot waive, including if goods are not as described.
You will hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of this notice, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Law
Missouri law governs, except where a mandatory consumer law of your residence cannot be waived. Missouri courts have jurisdiction except where you have a non-waivable right to sue where you live.
